If you need to reschedule a booked appointment, you can simply cancel the appointment and re-book for another time.

Tap on the “Discover” button…

Tap on the “Appointments” tab…

Then tap the “Cancel” button,  let your coach know why you are cancelling by entering your reason.

Then re-book the appointment from the coach’s profile or, if the appointment is part of a Journey, re-book from within the Journey. 

To reschedule an appointment using our web application simply navigate to http://www.sterkla.com and click the Login/Register button.

Then click “Appointments” —> and click on the appointment you want to reschedule, this will open the appointment pop up –> on the appointment pop up, hover your mouse over the 3 dots in the top right corner and click “Cancel Appointment” –> then search for your coach from the Discover page and book a new appointment by clicking “Book a Video Call” from their profile page.

Please note: If you cancel within 12 hours of the appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee or lose the appointment, if it is part of a Journey. Therefore, if you need to reschedule within the 12 hour time frame, it is best to ask your coach to cancel the appointment from their side, this way you will not be charged a cancellation fee, nor lose the appointment.
